How paying works
Do I pay it all now?
Yes. Booking online takes the full amount, which is what secures the date, and you get a confirmation with a booking reference straight away.
If you would rather put down a deposit and settle the rest on the day, that is fine too. Ring or text Sharon and she will book you in that way.
Is my card safe?
Payment is handled by Stripe, which is what most of the shops you use online run on. Your card details go straight to them. We never see them and they are never stored on this website.
What if we have to cancel?
More than fourteen days before, we move you to another date free of charge or refund you in full. Inside fourteen days we will still try to move you, but by then the props and ingredients are bought. The full detail is in the booking terms and it is short.
What if we need more children than we booked for?
Tell us and we will add them at £15 each. We send a separate secure payment link for the difference, or you can settle it with us on the day. We never charge your card again on our own.
